Service Description

Congratulations, your project is almost complete! All of your items have arrived, have been thoroughly inspected at our receiving facility, and are now stored in our local warehouse. We will coordinate delivery for all purchased items including furniture, art, and accessories to ensure no design detail is overlooked and style your space to perfection on install day. We try to make deliveries as smooth as possible, but sometimes delivery crews are delayed. We will do our best to set everything up in the time allotted, and will keep you informed throughout the day if the schedule changes. On install day, we sometimes stage the spaces with additional curated accessories that will be available for purchase after the install. You will have seven (7) business days to approve and submit payment for any items that you would like to keep. Any remaining items will be collected by the designer. We will photograph the spaces for our portfolio and your records. To help us ahead of installation day, we request clients: • Clear the rooms of all furniture (except items that are to remain in the new space), knick-knacks, wall art, rugs; • Clean and prep all spaces for placement of new rugs and furnishings; • Arrange to be away from the home during the day, so that the delivery crew and the designer can more efficiently set up the new room and get all items into place; • Submit all payments for goods/services prior to delivery; no delivery will be scheduled without full payment. Invoices for white glove delivery are to be paid after we receive the bill from the moving company.
