Refund Policy

All interior design services, whether provided in-person or virtually, are customized and delivered based on client-specific needs. Because of the personalized nature of this work, all service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

 

2. Consultation Fees

  • Non-refundable: Consultation or discovery call fees are non-refundable.

  • If a client needs to reschedule, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the fee to a new date.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the fee.

3. Design Packages & Project Fees

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date.

  • Refund eligibility: If a client cancels before design work begins, a partial refund may be issued, less the deposit and any administrative or onboarding costs.

  • Once design concepts, presentations, or product sourcing have started, no refunds will be issued.

4. Product & Procurement Purchases

  • All purchases of furniture, materials, or decor items made on behalf of the client are final sale.

  • Any manufacturer or vendor defects will be handled in accordance with the vendor’s return or warranty policy.

5. Service Modifications & Credits

  • If the client wishes to pause or postpone a project, unused hours or services may be credited (not refunded) and rescheduled within a set period (e.g., 6 months).

  • Credit eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or partial refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Failure to deliver services as contractually agreed,

  • Designer-initiated cancellations,

  • Mutually agreed termination of contract.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy. All terms are further outlined in the service agreement signed prior to project commencement.
