JAN 1 2012: HAPPY 2012! I hope everyone had a safe New Year's Eve, and that your new year is off to a perfect start! We had our traditional "Little New Year's Eve" dinner on December 30, and now today I have been busy in the kitchen making our annual New Year's Day feast of black-eyed peas, turnip greens and pork roast for our family to enjoy. I wish the very best to you in 2012! Happy New Year!
DEC 19 2011: As we enjoy this beautiful holiday season with our families and friends - complete with swaying palm trees, sunny skies and mild temperatures - I would like to take the time to pause and reflect on all the GOOD in our lives. We live in one of the best spots on Earth and have so many blessings to count! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making 2011 - our first year of business! - such an excellent success. I wish you a very Merry Christmas, and an abundant, healthy and happy New Year. Rest up, and let's start the new year off with a joyful bang!
