About Janet
For many years, I traveled the world as a marketing and advertising executive for a Fortune 500 company, and I spent my free time abroad in museums, browsing markets and studying old homes. This habit only fueled my passion for design! For years I shared this talent with family and friends only, decorating and renovating their interiors.
When I moved my home base from Boston to Vero Beach in 2004, I decided to formally study design and now, two degrees later, I am a member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), USGBC (US Green Builders Council), Window Coverings Association of America, Custom Home Furnishings Academy and Drapery & Design Professional. I also happen to work well with my own hands, and I design and create my own lamps and pillows.
I have been told I have creativity and spark. Whatever it is, I find it easy to listen to you, find out your likes, analyze your needs, and deliver a beautiful design for your home or room!
